At Urbanwear, customer satisfaction is important to us. Please read our Refund & Return Policy carefully before making a purchase.


1. Return Eligibility

Products are eligible for return or exchange if:

  • The item is damaged, defective, or incorrect

  • The return request is raised within 7 days of delivery

  • The product is unused, unworn, and in original packaging with tags intact

Items such as innerwear, clearance items, or customized products may not be eligible for return unless defective.


2. Return Process

Include your order ID and a brief reason for the return.

Once approved, we will share return instructions.


3. Refunds

After receiving and inspecting the returned product:

  • Approved refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days

  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method

For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, refunds will be processed via bank transfer or store wallet, as applicable.


4. Exchange Policy

Exchanges are subject to product availability. If the requested item is unavailable, a refund or store credit may be offered.


5. Shipping Charges

  • Shipping charges are non-refundable, unless the return is due to a defect or incorrect product

  • Return shipping may be deducted from the refund, if applicable


6. Delayed or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received your refund within the stated timeframe, please check with your bank or payment provider first. If the issue persists, contact us at support@urbanwear.in.
